Heya everyone,
It's been ages since i last updated. I dont even know why i stopped. I think i got a little lazy etc. Well my weight has been going in and out of control. At it stands, im 138lbs. Considerably higher than what i used to be. A can a feel it, see it, know it. My body just screams out fat! Im in a cycle of being to lazy to work out properly. Ive JUST come off a period that has been full of cravings and binges! Well now i have a summer job at KFC. Like i did last year. I never ate anything from there on my breaks, and i still dont. The only thing on my mind is cals cals cals cals. Im standing for 4-5hrs on the tills. And standing burns 100cals per hour. So im burning at least 400cals from standing. And im not eating either, so i need to start working out at home too, thats the plan. I want to lose 4lbs this week. Impossible? Maybe. Determind? YES!
I want to complete a 48hr fast. AT LEAST!
If in doubt; purge/lax. Theyv always been my backups, and always will be!
