    Went work today, it wasnt soo bad. Usual really.
    Im fasting tonight till Friday. Feel free to join :)

    Today has been bad for eating :(. Fast Started (8pm Weds). I think tomorrow il come home and have a loonnggg naapp so i skip tea time :) then if i get hungry im av a few cigarettes.

    Okay ive lost, but i can guess that number will go back up tomorrow to 138lbs.
    Today i had a driving lesson, and then i came home, made a bacon and egg sandwich and then ate some crisps, and then purged it all. Then i worked out. Im feeling a lil achy and shakey, as my body says its ate, yet ive got no energy from purging. I pushed myself to do a lil work out :) Im quite pleased with it as ive hit the main muscles in my body, legs, arms, butt, abs. So im feeling okay about that work out. Im thinking of having a 500cals tea (dinner) later on. I'll see how i feel.

  • Its been a while

    Heya everyone,
                           It's been ages since i last updated. I dont even know why i stopped. I think i got a little lazy etc. Well my weight has been going in and out of control. At it stands, im 138lbs. Considerably higher than what i used to be. A can a feel it, see it, know it. My body just screams out fat! Im in a cycle of being to lazy to work out properly. Ive JUST come off a period that has been full of cravings and binges! Well now i have a summer job at KFC. Like i did last year. I never ate anything from there on my breaks, and i still dont. The only thing on my mind is cals cals cals cals. Im standing for 4-5hrs on the tills. And standing burns 100cals per hour. So im burning at least 400cals from standing. And im not eating either, so i need to start working out at home too, thats the plan. I want to lose 4lbs this week. Impossible? Maybe. Determind? YES!
    I want to complete a 48hr fast. AT LEAST!
    If in doubt; purge/lax. Theyv always been my backups, and always will be!

  • Long time no speak

    Mood: Alright

    Hey Everyone!
    Well ive started carrying around two little notebooks with me, one's a food diary and one's an exercise diary! Its great coz as soon as i eat something i write it down, so then i know where i slip up. I also write down my feelings about how the day went [eating wise] I jsut think it'l really help me. Im fasting tomorrow and ive twisted my ankle or torn a ligament in my ankle so its all bandaged up. I can walk but i cant put much weight on it, so getting up and down the stairs is a realy bitch, so that means i cant work out, i.e. with cardio. BUT i can still use my thigh toner and sit-up roller cause i dont use my ankle for either haha. And also im fasting, tomorrow and Monday just so i dont gain.

    Well im feeling pretty damn guurrdd!! :) Im meeting my friend at 3, we're gonna get her inked and then im going back hers with her cousin and then i think im going out fora meal with her parents, which is pretty scary, ive never met them, but i bet their lovely (: I hope her cousin likes me..Some people tend to not to like me coz i come across as quite ignorant when really, im very shy! My friend and her cousin are small..): So im gunna be the fat one! My friend says she'd KILL for my body..But im lik..Im 5'9 and weighing 135lbs...I dont see a good side myself.
    Anywhoo ive got my army outfit all sorted;

    Pain black tank top
    Black stiletos
    Camoflague army cap
    Dog tags
    Amo/bullet belt that you wear over your shoulder

    I cant wait, but i ope i look good hah.
